These are hilarious! I'm actually re-reading the series too--I happened to own most of the comics until 139, where I stopped for no particular reason (probably felt lame for still reading them at the time--I was 14), and I was curious to see what happened to the series once Karl Bollers (who I hated for his consistent plotholes and empty characters [mostly]) left, and Ian Flynn took over, which happened after I stopped.
Anyway, my point is, I feel the same way about the ludicrous early Mike Gallagher issues (they were a pain to get through), but I just wanted to say I hope you keep doing these to cover the whole series! You're an entertaining guy.
But at the rate that you're releasing these you won't get to where I'm at now (138) until 2015 or something. So hurry up!
I've been reading these at a break-neck pace, though, so I can't put all the blame on you. I started reading them 7/22--which means I've read 206 issues (this inclues the Knuckles series, the various mini-series, the specials and the super specials) in just three weeks! Kind of ridiculous. Only 100 or so more to go...
